Education is the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. At Manava Vatsalya Foundation, we have made education support a cornerstone of our work since our founding in 2014.

Scholarship Programs (2016)
We successfully helped 28 deserving students secure scholarships up to ₹35,000 each from MICT, totaling ₹9.8 lakhs in educational support. This enabled students from underprivileged backgrounds to continue their higher education without financial burden.
Recent Success Stories (2023)
Engineering Education Support: We supported Tulasi Hanumanta Pujari, a 2nd year Bachelor of Engineering (IT) student, by raising funds for her college fees of ₹93,000. Her parents, both working as housekeepers, needed assistance to continue their daughter's higher education journey.
Generous Donors included: Mr. Katta Omprakash (₹10,000), Mr. Srinivas Racha (₹5,000), and 6 other supporters.
Support for Single Mothers (2022)
We helped Mrs. Nandini Murlidhar Deekonda, a single mother, pay her children's school fees of ₹12,990, ensuring uninterrupted education for her son Ronak (5th Standard) and daughter Akshara (4th Standard).
Educational Workshops
We've organized various workshops including:
- Smart Study Workshop (2016): Helped 100+ students develop effective learning techniques
- Mind Power Development (2015): Cognitive skills workshop for students and parents
- Free Telugu Coaching Classes (2018): Weekly language classes at BDD Chawl, Worli
- Education in Russia Workshop (2018): Exploring affordable international education options
Legal Education Justice (2016)
Our landmark achievement includes helping engineering student Saqib Sayed recover ₹1,06,405 in college fees from Saboo Siddiqui College after 15 months of persistent advocacy, setting a precedent for student rights.
Future Initiatives
We plan to launch digital literacy programs and expand our scholarship reach to more deserving students across Mumbai.
