Empowering Women Through Employment
On International Women's Day 2022, we partnered with Zomato to launch the "Delivery Superwoman" program. This initiative was designed to provide sustainable employment opportunities for women, helping them achieve financial independence.

The Program
We organized a comprehensive training and recruitment session at P.S.S.M Hall, Worli, in collaboration with:

- Maharashtra Telugu Mahila Sanstha
- Smt. Sharadha Papan

Impact on Lives
This initiative has helped women achieve financial independence while maintaining work-life balance. Many of these women were previously dependent on family members or had limited income opportunities. Now, they are able to support their families and gain respect in their communities.
Future Plans
We plan to expand this program to reach more women across Mumbai and eventually to other cities, creating a network of empowered women entrepreneurs.
