MVF helped Master Venumadhav Mahendra Ande in saving of his one academic year and also helped his parents from paying the heavy school fees and also helped them to get the Marksheet and Leaving Certificate from the School.

Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today. – Malcolm

Master Venumadhav was admitted in Sr. K.G for the academic year 2019-2020. During the Open house day, the class teacher informed parents that due to we will not conduct the exams, no result will be issued and children will be promoted to the next grade. According to this, Master Venumadhav was supposed to be promoted to Std. I in Academic year 2020-2021. In the month of February 2021, during Online class, Venumadhav was not paying attention so, the class teacher of Venumadhav stated , “If you don’t pay attention then you will not be promoted to Std.I”. Since his father was there next to him and heard about it and he had got shocked and surprised. According to Parents, his son was supposed to be in Std. I and he should get promoted to Std. II for the academic year 2021-2022. Immediately after the online Class he had called up the Class Teacher Miss Durva and requested her to meet and to know about the above issue. Parents went to school and met the class teacher Durva and Hetal (Admin) and asked Durva Miss how did you say that my son will not get promoted to Std.I . when he is already been studying in Std.I then they replied that your son has not been promoted to Std. I. Parents are got upset and argued how can they retain their son in Sr.K.G. when he had completed Sr.K.G. in Academic Year 2019-2020 and why didn’t your School management informed us .With this Unprofessional , Unethical and covid crisis Parents have decided to shift his son to another school where they can afford to pay the fees and also they rely on the school management. Parents were struggled for almost 5 months for Leaving Certificate and Mark sheet but nothing went in their favour. On contrary Teachers used to behave rudely and states that if you keep your son in this school then we will think about him to promote to next Standard .But Parents have already decided to make his son to shift from this school.

Parents have approached us for help and we could see and feel their tears and pain . Master Venumadhav born on 24-7-2014 and as per the age criteria he is eligible to promote to 1st Std, in Venumadhav case neither he is underage nor his IQ level is low .Still, school management has retained this child without the notice of the parents and due to any other reason if school management wants to retain the child then they should inform the parents well in advance through a mail or a letter but they have not done it. I personally visited to KGT International School and tried meeting his class teacher and Principal but the receptionist and Security had not allowed us to meet them and it happened several times. Then I have asked Parents to write a mail on School’s Email ID and even I wrote a mail but there was no response to our mails. With the irresponsible behaviour of school , I have decided to raise my voice and take stringent action against the school management .I spoke to Mr.Srinivas Racha and he tried his level best to talk to management but no response from the school management, then I spoke to Times of India (TOI) Camera Man Mr.Shant Kumar and he advised me to talk TOI Reporters Ms.Yogita Rao and Ms.Sandhya Nair . Ms.Sandhya Rao published this issue in the TOI Newspaper without mentioning the school name and same has been informed to School management but there was no response from the management then I spoke to Mr.Nilesh from Star News then he suggested me to write a letter to Concerned Education officer of G-south (BMC ward). As per his suggestion I drafted a letter and asked parents to submit it in the G-south. Within a 15days, Parents have received a call and asked them to collect the letter from BMC and also intimated the School management. In the letter it was mentioned that management has to appear before the Education Dept., G-south on 23rd September 2021 at 3pm .BMC has issued a letter to school and also called them up to settle the issue with Parents before 23rd September 2021.

Since the School Management have realised the consequences of the issue, they have called up the Parents and issued the Leaving Certificate and Mark sheet.

My humble request to parents, think and check with others before admitting their child in such schools.

I’m here by attaching all the related documents with this draft.

I would like to Thank Mr.Srinivas Racha for his guidance & prompt response, Mr.Nilesh from Star News for his valuable guidance and Mr.Shant Kumar , Ms.Yogita Rao and Ms.Sandhya Nair from Times of India for their prompt action. Without their Support it would have not been possible to do justice with the Student and his family.

Thanks & Regards,
