Kindness during lock-down by MVF Team for Venkatesh Boddula

*You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.*
I, Venkatesh Boddula resident of Century Quarters, Worli. One of my neighbour tested Covid positive. On Wednesday 8th July 2020, BMC has shifted me & my family to Srinivas Mill Bldg for Institutional Quarantine.
The Room which was allotted to us was surrounded with Mosquitoes and we were struggling to spend days over there, adding to this one day I found some insects in the food and the same has been captured and sent in the known WhatsApp groups for seeking the help. I have got some calls but no one could help us and the people whom I helped in the past didn’t even bother to call me and check if I was doing alright.
On 11th July after my video went viral, Mr. Naresh Kurapati from Manava Vatsalya Foundation had called me to understand the situation. Within 6 hours he called me again to inform that he had a word with Dr. Golhar (Incharge of Covid dept. G-South ) and ensured that on Monday swab will be done and after receiving the report, BMC will discharge us. On Monday 13th July, he took me on conference call with Dr. Golhar to ensure that Swab test will be done and we will be discharged on Tuesday, as per his commitment to me and my family have got Swab test done on Monday, report was negative and on Tuesday morning 11:30 am we have been discharged from there and reached home.
I would like to appreciate & Thank Mr. Naresh Kurapati & Manava Vatsalya Foundation Team for their kindness, rigorous follow up and prompt actions. Without their support we would have not been discharged from institutional quarantine within 6 days.

My family and I will never forget Naresh and Manava Vatsalya Foundation Team for this help in our difficult times.

Thank you 🙏
Regards,
Venkatesh Boddula & Family.
